All content on Phisk platforms, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of Phisk corporation (“Phisk”), its subsidiaries, or its content providers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. All rights are reserved.
1. Ownership of Content
Phisk corporation owns all intellectual property rights to the content provided through its platforms, including designs, text, images, graphics, audio, video, and software. The content on the Phisk platforms is protected by copyright and trademark laws and is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the content without the express written permission of Phisk corporation, unless otherwise specified by applicable law.
2. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to the Phisk platforms, including photos, videos, reviews, and other materials (“User Content”). However, by submitting User Content, you grant Phisk corporation a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content on the Phisk platforms for purposes such as promoting the platforms, marketing, and other business operations.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit and that your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
3. Trademarks
The trademarks, logos, and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on Phisk platforms are the registered and unregistered marks of Phisk corporation. You are not permitted to use any Marks without the prior written consent of Phisk corporation or the respective owners of those Marks.
4. Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on any Phisk platform, you may notify us by providing a written notice that includes the following:
- A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
- A description of the location on the platform where the infringing material is located.
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement declaring that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

5. Fair Use
Nothing in this Copyright Notice shall be construed as a waiver of any rights under applicable copyright laws. Phisk corporation reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Copyright Notice. Content on the Phisk platforms may not be used in a manner that constitutes infringement of the rights of Phisk corporation or any third party.
6. Modification of Content
Phisk corporation reserves the right to modify, alter, or remove any content on its platforms, including User Content, that it deems to violate any of its terms, policies, or applicable laws.
