Our Founders and Leadership
Phisk Corporation was founded in 2022 by visionary entrepreneurs Emmanuel Adedeji and Johnmark Agozue. Today, Emmanuel Adedeji serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Johnmark as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) leading the company with innovation and a deep commitment to digital transformation across Africa and beyond.
Our Beginnings as LinkPal
Our journey began as LinkPal, a powerful web tool platform featuring over 50 essential utilities, including a URL shortener, WHOIS lookup, website safety checker, QR code generator, image optimizer and converter, and a YouTube thumbnail downloader, among many others. LinkPal quickly became a go-to resource for individuals and businesses looking to simplify everyday digital tasks.
Transition to Phisk Corporation (2023)
In 2023, LinkPal became a subsidiary under the newly formed Phisk Corporation. The transition marked a major leap as we expanded beyond just tools. LinkPal was reimagined to support bio link creation, event link generation, and static website hosting. This transformation laid the groundwork for a broader ecosystem under the Phisk brand.

Though headquartered in the United Kingdom, Phisk’s heart remains in Africa. We are building bridges between Africa and the digital world, focusing on serving Africans both within the continent and across the diaspora, creating tools, platforms, and opportunities tailored to their needs.
