Between Silence and Truth follows a couple whose relationship is placed under severe pressure after a devastating accident leaves the wife with amnesia. As she struggles with the loss of memories connected to her past, her husband is forced to deal with grief, a troubled relationship and a secret that could change everything. The film explores the tension between what people choose to reveal and what they keep hidden, while touching on relationships, difficult choices, faith and the consequences of confronting painful truths.
The story follows Fountain (played by Tope Olowoniyan), a career-focused talent manager based in Abuja who views life and relationships through a heavily practical, almost transactional lens. Guarding her heart due to past childhood trauma, she accepts a pragmatic, low-drama engagement to a business-minded man named Uche (Kunle Remi) because they are highly "compatible".
