Code of Conduct

Phisk Community Rules (Yeah, We Mean It)

If you’re part of Phisk, you automatically agree to follow our Code of Conduct and Terms of Service — whether you're online or attending any Phisk-related events in real life. Simple.

Our Vibe (The Pledge)

We’re building a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and included. No exceptions.

Our moderators are committed to keeping Phisk harassment-free for all — no matter your age, identity, background, experience level, appearance, or beliefs. If you’re here, you belong here.

How to Be a Decent Human (Our Standards)

  • Speak to others with respect
  • Be open to different perspectives and experiences
  • Use correct pronouns (or neutral ones if unsure)
  • Accept feedback without getting defensive
  • Act in the best interest of the community
  • Show empathy and understanding
  • Credit your sources when creating content
  • Disclose if AI was used in your content
  • Follow all Phisk AI guidelines

What’s Not Allowed (Don’t Do This)

  • No sexual harassment or inappropriate content
  • No hate speech (racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, etc.)
  • No trolling, insults, or personal attacks
  • No public or private harassment
  • No sharing others’ private information without permission
  • No plagiarism or content theft
  • No unprofessional or harmful behavior
  • No dismissing or mocking inclusivity efforts

We prioritize the safety of marginalized people over anyone’s comfort. This is not up for debate.

We do not act on complaints about:

  • Claims like “reverse racism” or “reverse sexism”
  • People setting boundaries (e.g., “leave me alone”)
  • Refusal to explain or debate social justice topics
  • Calling out harmful or discriminatory behavior

If Someone Crosses the Line (Enforcement)

If something feels wrong, report it via the abuse form or email support@phisk.co.

All reports are reviewed seriously. Moderators may remove content, issue warnings, or suspend/ban users depending on the situation.

Wanna Help Out?

If you support these values, consider becoming a Phisk moderator and help shape the community. Check out the moderation page for more info.

Bottom line: Be respectful. Don’t be toxic. Help keep Phisk a space people actually enjoy.
